Solo Pizza

Solo Pizza is pretty good sometimes. Slices are never the best because you're eating pizza that's been cooked perhaps hours ago and then left out on the counter before being thrown back in the oven for a quick re-heating. I've been here half a dozen times now and the slices range from really good to crappy. Today was crappy, but the crappy days are far outnumbered by the good ones (5 to 1 actually). Their crust is pretty much always just the right amount of soft dough with a crispy outer layer. I like it.
